Work out on and next to a step - the change of levels gives you an effective cardio workout. The classes will also challenge your coordination ability.

Step Intro

Simple choreography and routines, for beginners. Intro classes are scheduled for the beginning of a new term. Welcome!

Step

More advanced choreagraphy than Intro classes, that will challenge your brain as well as your body. Mid- advanced class.

Step Styrka

Simple choreography but very physically challenging. Some equipment might be used. HIIT.

Step Dance

Advanced choreography, high intensity!
