Outdoors activities

In fine weather, we take the opportunity to be outdoors and workout, between weeks 26-34 training it is completely free for all to attend our ourdoor classes!


How do I book?

To participate you need to register on our homepage, log on and book the class you wish to attend. Tickets are collected at reception in Campushallen latest 5 minutes before the class starts.

Remember to bring a water bottle and a towel for ground exercises.
The class is moved indoors in the event of bad weather.
