Simple yet tough strength and cardio workout with various equipment.

The concept of Underground is "back-to-basic" training with easy-to-use equipment and easy excercises in order to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Some of the equipment used during the classes are kettlebells, bulgarian bags, clubbells and tyres.

Our Underground instructors compose their own classes and choose their own music.
