Do you want to experience joy and fellowship and at the same time get an effective and comfortable workout for the whole body? At Campushallen we have especially adapted group training sessions for seniors.
Our instructors are trained in senior training and they guide you to a safe and effective workout. We practice fitness, strength as well as balance and flexibility. No previous experience required. The Strong Senior class has two different focuses:
Mondays we offer circuit training with exercises for the whole body. Focus on stability and strength. The exercises are adapted to different levels so that everyone can participate. The class starts with a warm up. Then we work our entire body at different stations, then finish with a cooling down session.
On Wednesdays we focus on strength, cardio and flexibility. The class starts with a warm up. Then we work at our own station with various equipment such as step boards, weights and rubber bands. After the class, we wind down.
