Running in a group. Running technique exercises, intervals, and strength exercises.  

Would you like to improve your running technique and cardiovascular fitness?
These classes contain technique and strength exercises, and interval training. Participants must be able to run or jog 3 kilometres without stopping.

Mondays 17:30-18:30 meeting outside Campushallen's main entrance
Fridays 12:00-13:00 meeting outside Campushallen's main entrance

We meet outside Camushallen's main entrance, before moving on to nearby running locations, such as Valla forest. We run no matter the weather!

The classes are included in your gym membership and you book them through the online schedule.

The classes focus on running tecnique, intervals and strenght for runners. You decide how hard you want to push yourself - all levels are welcome, although participants must be able to run 3 kilometres without stopping.
